The arabic line pronounced as Bismillah ir-Rehman ir-Rahim. Bismillah the common translation is "In The name of Allah, Most Gracious and most Compassionate"
Every chapter of the Quran (expect the ninth Chapter) beings with the Bismillah.
Bismillah we say:
Before we start to do some thing, When We come Home, When We Eat say it every day...! and we read Quran.
